CBRE PANAMA Advisory and Valuation Services is divided into two areas of focus.


To provide real estate advice to our clients and add maximum value to their investments, we offer a wide range of services for the acquisition or disposal of assets, such as: site selection for investment, highest and best use of lots, market analysis; feasibility studies for real estate projects; and professional consulting on project development and marketing.


CBRE PANAMA supports our clients in making the right real estate decisions by providing reliable and high-quality valuations for all types of properties supported by the latest appraisal technology programs and a well-trained and specialized team. We operate in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS), in addition to having specialized professionals and proprietary databases.
We are experts all three approaches to appraisal, specifically the Cost Approach based upon the costs of land and improvements, the Sales Comparison or Market Based approach using comparable transactions, and the Income Approach for properties that generate income for their owners.


Sustainable Building Advisory services include: Reviews of all LEED project certification requirements, inspections, and reporting. ¬®LEED Online” training and certification for all professionals involved in the project; constant communication with the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and the US Green Building Council (USGBC; and coordination of final certification and LEED plaques.
Our Sustainable Building Advisory clients benefit throughout the design, construction and management of projects from our prior experience in best practices.


This unit continually maintains and updates (by conducting field inspections and visiting the development projects) our database of real estate market information to be used as a reference tool for local and worldwide investments.
