“World’s Best” Property Consultant Award

November 30, 2010

On Saturday evening in London, CB Richard Ellis was named the “World’s Best” property consultant for 2010 based on the judgment of an independent panel of experts from across the real estate industry.

The award was presented at the International Property Awards—one of the foremost industry awards competitions globally—held in association with Bloomberg Television and the New York Times. To earn this global award, CBRE was selected over top-scoring regional firms from Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia and the Americas. We were also the winner of the award for the best property consultancy in London, which qualified us for consideration for the overall international award.

Judges for this year’s awards included the heads of several international industry associations as well as Google UK’s head of property markets. Our ability to think innovatively and to help our clients succeed in a difficult market cycle were key factors in our being chosen for the top global award.

The “World’s Best” award is one of several high-profile accolades we have garnered in 2010, including

* Euromoney magazine: global real estate advisory and consulting firm of the year
* Financial Times: best property investment advisor of 2010
* Frost & Sullivan: global excellence in outsourcing award
* Black Book of Outsourcing: top commercial real estate services firm
* Newsweek: top “green” company in financial services
* Lipsey & Company: premier real estate brand

"This success is unmatched in our industry, and provides confirmation that clients who choose CBRE are aligning with the best. I hope you share my great pride in this well deserved recognition and remain as committed as I am to extending our record of external recognition into 2011", said Mr. Brett White, CB Richard Ellis' CEO.
