Last November, CBRE Panama, the leading firm in the real estate market, achieved the ISO 9001:2008 Certification in all of its business lines. Committed to its local and international clients, CBRE Panama’s General Management has driven this initiative for the second consecutive year in which the entire organization is working in accordance with the operational structure that has provided many benefits.

The internal project began in 2014 with the certification of the Project Management and Property Management services, and in 2015 added Real Estate Transactions, Valuations, Consulting and Advisory on Sustainable Buildings and Facilities Management services. The certification implicitly includes Human Capital, Accounting, Contracting Goods and Services, Legal Advice, Administration, Technical Support, Marketing, Market Research, Social and Cultural Organizational Responsibility whose support to the services provided is essential in order to render excellent performance.

Through the Management Quality System, the organization has modeled efficient procedures with which to work in standardizing its services, defining roles and responsibilities, implementing management indicators in its critical procedures and to enhance its local and international clients’ satisfaction by driving a culture oriented to continuous improvements. Likewise, internal policies have been implemented to promote ethical work practices and compliance with applicable laws, developing advisory mechanisms for its customers to assist them in management that implies putting these policies into practice.

The commitment of the Management and Personnel with their positive and willing attitude to carry out improvement actions have been a substantial part of this strategy’s success.

CBRE Panama is committed to implementing procedures, tools and systems that will allow internal improvement and to, thereby, increase client satisfaction based on good management practices in every one of the specialty areas that they provide and the constant training of the work teams.
