The total office market inventory increased from 1,629,504 m2 to 1,669,189 m2 during the 1H 2017. Built, available office space registered an increase of 21.0%, going from 297,189 m2 to 350,791 m2. By market class, Class A, A + increased their availability from 24.9% to 27.8%, from the second half of 2016 to the first half of 2017; similarly Class B buildings increased from 12.2% to14.4%

The industrial warehouse market registered a decrease in occupancy from 94.4% in the 1H 2016 to 93.1% in the first half of 2017. This decrease can be attributed to several space consolidations of clients, vacating existing facilities. There was a net absorption of more than 50,000 m2 from the first half of 2016 to the first half of 2017, with the East Periphery in the lead with a net absorption above 30,000 m2 and the North Periphery above 10,000 m2

The residential market registered availability of 10.3% in their existing units. Average sales prices were stable, as was asking rental values. Construction activity increased by 2.1% for the number of units under construction, from 9,563 to 9,767 units across in all classes
